That's right, It's been a long time since I met a girl that knew how to cook. Maybe I'm living in another world, but it seems today's women don't know how or simply don't want to learn how to cook. The roles of men and women are forever changing. Men are cooking and opting to stay at home to raise the kids. I kind of like the idea staying home and raising the kids. It would give me more time to teach my kids and give them ahead start before pre-school. I would also have time to play Jack Sparrow and pirate games with them. But back to my point, Men are becoming more hands on in the kitchen, you can see everyday on the Food Network.
Anyways, I've been fortunate to learn how to cook from reading cook books, classes, and TV. Don't get me wrong It feels good preparing a meal for a girl but it also would be great if she could fix a meal for me too.
I hear you. Apparently I've been called weird and domesticated because I've shown interest in cooking and sewing. I guess I'm not suppose to be doing that kind of stuff? Should I be partying and getting wasted and only caring about shopping and spending money??

ReplyDeleteMaybe you've been meeting all the wrong girls. Maybe you live in a city that happy hour is a consumption of daily life after work. Maybe you should move to another country/city. Maybe because you guys screw up so much that in order to impress and/or make up for a girl, you must learn the role of a woman. : )
